- Can you please tell me about the specs of your equipment?
The camera in our booth shoots in 10 megapixel quality. When the photos are printed out on 4×6 paper at your event, this probably isn’t going to be a big deal. However, when you get that GREAT family shot, or that photo that is entirely too cute for words of the bride and groom and you want to blow it up to an 8×10 — you’ll appreciate each and every pixel our camera provides.
- How do we get our pictures? How big are they? What kind of quality?
The photo booth prints the pictures after each session. It takes about 15 seconds for the photo to print after your guests finish their session. Most of the time people have not gotten out of the booth before the pictures have started printing. We print all of our pictures on 4 inch by 6 inch photo paper. They print with the same quality that you would get from any one hour photo processing kiosk. The magic words here are dye sublimation. Be sure that the booth operator you choose uses a dye sublimation printer, and NOT an inkjet printer.
- Who owns the copyright to the images?
River City Photo Booth retains ownership of all images, however, we give you full rights to use the images as you wish. We only retain ownership so that we can display the images on our website and in future advertising.
- How do I get additional prints or How can I get the images onto Facebook?
GREAT question, and I’m so glad you asked. River City Photo Booth encourages you to download your pictures for FREE and upload them to your Facebook account. You can also order additional prints through our website. Or you can download the pictures to a disk and take them into your nearest one hour photo printer and print out as many copies as your little heart can handle! Our competitors prohibit you from being able to download images from their website, forcing you to pay to have additional photos printed.
- How many people can fit in your booth?
We built our booth in a manner that makes it portable. That means, we CAN do stairs. Our booth also was designed with user comfort in mind. Our booth is designed for 3 or 4 people average adults to sit comfortably. We’ve found that the more people that get into the booth, the more laughs that come out! See some of our event photos to see just how BIG our photo area is. Most of our competitors have designed their booths to hold 2 people… Two very small people.
- Color or Black and White?
Some of our competitors require you to choose if you would like the pictures to be printed in Black and White or Color before the event even starts! Photo booths spark the imagination, allow your guests the freedom and CHOICE of expressing themselves in either Black and White or Color.
- How much is your deposit?
We require a $100 deposit to secure your event. The smallest deposit in the industry! You can even make your deposit quickly and easily online via our Reservation Form.
